Abstract [en]

Most studies of stormwater runoff focuses on oil and fuel related compounds, and thetotal extent of the chemical content of stormwater runoff has usually not been fullyinvestigated. This could be remedied by extensive targeted analysis programs whichinvolve a conscious choice of which substances to include which also introduces biases.An alternative strategy is to use broad analytical screenings methods that do nottarget any specific substances. This study focuses on using such methods to obtainunprejudiced information about the content of substances in stormwater runoff. Theaims of the project was mainly to assess the unprejudiced content of inorganic andorganic substances in run off water and storm water and, if possible, to discover substancesthat has not been found in stormwater runoff before
